SHIPPING AND RETURNS
At Little Neutrals we aim to process your order as carefully and quickly as we can. All orders will be processed within 24 hours unless we are experiencing higher than normal volumes, in which case you will receive an email.
LOCAL PICKUP
Items purchased through our online store can be picked up at our Montreal location within 24 hours of purchase. We will send you a confirmation email once your items are ready for pickup.
USA ORDERS
- Free Shipping on Orders Over $100 usd
- $15 Flat Rate Shipping on Orders Under $100 usd
CANADA ORDERS
- Free Shipping on Orders Over $75 usd
- $15 Flat Rate Shipping on Orders Under $75 usd
All orders placed within Canada are processed, packed and shipped within Canada from Montreal, QC. All packages are shipped vis Canada Post thus no duties or additional taxes will be incurred after placing your order.
Any additional shipping costs incurred for rejected or returned to shipper packages will be the responsibility of the customer.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Please allow 13 to 16 business days depending on destination. (International order can be delayed at customs).
Please note that all international orders (outside of Canada and the USA) are subject to customs duty (tax). This tax is charged by the country and is not collected by Little Neutrals.
RETURNS
We gladly accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. Items returned to us must be in original & re-sellable condition. Once the items are back in our possession we will process your return.
In order to qualify for a return you must first contact us at info@littleneutrals.com so that we can give you specific instructions regarding your return. We will also provide you with an authorization number to be included in your shipment. Shipping fees for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect item
If your order has arrived damaged, defective, or you’ve received the incorrect item, send us a message at info@littleneutrals.com as soon as possible with photos of the item(s) and the interior/exterior packaging. We’ll take care of the rest!
Sale and Discounted Items
All sale and/or discounted items are final sale and do not qualify for refund, no exceptions.
Lost or damaged parcels, incorrect or incomplete delivery address
We cannot be held responsible for damages, delays, lost parcels and/or additional charges incurred during shipping. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that a proper shipping address is provided when placing an order. Items returned to sender due to improper or incomplete address will be the responsibility of the customer.
CURRENCY
All orders are processed in your choice of Canadian or US dollars. The currency converter will allow you to check-out with your chosen payment method.
